Created as a place for children to play, learn and explore, the Crayola Factory is a wonderful hands-on children's museum dedicated to the colorful side of life. See how Crayola crayons are made by watching the actual factory at work and make art using over 100 colors and many different coloring techniques. Make scupltures out of Crayola's own modeling clay or use melted crayons to paint designs on a canvas. Learn about the history of the Crayola crayon and see art works from around the world. Everything inside this giant crayon-themed attraction is meant to help inspire and entertain, and just next door is the National Canal Museum, another wonderful place to visit and usually free with admission to the factory.
